Cookie Policy

Last updated: 25 June 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Vorkis LLC (“Vorkis”, “we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on the Digital Internship website. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site function, remember preferences, or collect information about how the site is used. Similar technologies (such as local storage) may be used for the same purposes.

2. How we use cookies

We use two categories of cookies on this marketing website:

Essential cookies

These cookies are strictly necessary for the website to operate. They include storing your cookie consent choice so we do not ask you on every visit. Essential cookies do not require your consent under applicable EU/EEA law, but you can block them through your browser settings — note that some site features may not work correctly if you do.

Analytics cookies (Google Tag Manager)

With your consent, we load Google Tag Manager (container GTM-MLH8FRPK) to manage analytics and marketing tags. This may include Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited (“Google”). Google Analytics helps us understand how visitors use our site — for example, which pages are viewed and how users navigate — so we can improve content and usability.

Google Analytics may set cookies such as:

  • _ga — distinguishes users (typically expires after 2 years)
  • _ga_* — persists session state (typically expires after 2 years)

We configure Google Analytics with IP anonymisation. Google processes data on our behalf as a service provider. Google may also transfer data to the United States and other countries. For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy and Google Analytics data protection.

Analytics tags inside Google Tag Manager are configured with Consent Mode: the container loads on every visit, but analytics storage stays denied until you accept cookies in our banner. If you reject analytics cookies, measurement tags will not store data.

3. Legal basis (EEA/UK)

Essential cookies are used based on our legitimate interest in providing a secure, functional website. Analytics cookies are used only with your consent, in line with the EU ePrivacy Directive and the GDPR. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

4. Managing your preferences

You can control cookies in the following ways:

  • Cookie banner / settings — when you first visit, you can accept all cookies, reject non-essential cookies, or choose analytics only. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the site footer.
  • Browser settings — most browsers let you block or delete cookies. See your browser's help section for instructions.
  • Google opt-out — you can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

5. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top indicates the current version. Material changes may be communicated via the website or cookie banner.
