This Privacy Policy explains how Vorkis LLC (“Digital Internship”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit https://digitalinternship.ai, request information, purchase or use Digital Internship (including simulations, portfolio tools, and institutional features), sign in through our authentication services, or otherwise interact with us (collectively, the “Services”). Unless stated otherwise, we are the data controller for your personal information.

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our practices or for legal and regulatory reasons. We will post the updated Policy with a new “Last updated” date and, where required, provide additional notice.

3) What We Collect

A) Information You Provide

  • Contact & account: name, email address, organisation, role, and credentials when you register, log in, or contact us (including via forms on this website).
  • Order & billing: email, billing country, subscription or plan details, payment confirmation metadata from our payment processors (we do not receive or store full payment card numbers).
  • Onboarding & programme inputs: career goals, skills, experience, cohort preferences, and other information you provide to configure simulations or institutional deployments.
  • Learning & performance data: activity within simulations, task submissions, scores, feedback, collaboration events, and portfolio outputs generated through the platform.
  • Support communications: messages you send to support@digitalinternship.com or privacy@digitalinternship.com.

B) Information Collected Automatically (Usage Data)

We use cookies and similar technologies to collect device, browser, IP address, general location (derived from IP), session identifiers, pages viewed, referrers, and interactions with the Services for security, analytics, and product improvement. See our Cookie Policy for details.

C) Information from Third Parties

  • Payments: payment processors collect and process payment information to complete transactions. We receive limited payment metadata and confirmation.
  • Authentication & platform providers: identity, session, and usage data from services that host or operate parts of the Digital Internship platform (including sign-in at auth.intela.cloud).

4) How We Use Personal Information

  • Provide the Service & fulfil contracts: process orders and subscriptions, deliver simulations and portfolio features, maintain accounts, and provide support.
  • Personalise & improve: tailor learning paths, scoring, and recommendations; analyse usage to enhance quality, reliability, and safety.
  • Institutional reporting: where applicable, provide cohort analytics and outcome reporting to authorised administrators under your institution's agreement.
  • Security & fraud prevention: detect and prevent abuse, attacks, or fraud; maintain service integrity.
  • Legal compliance: tax, accounting, and responding to lawful requests.
  • Marketing (optional): send product updates or offers where permitted (you can opt out at any time).

  • Legal & compliance: to comply with law, enforce terms, or protect rights, safety, and security.
  • Business transfers: as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets (with continued protection of your data).

We do not sell personal information. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes of inferring characteristics beyond what is necessary to provide the Services.

We may process data outside your home country. For transfers from the EEA/UK/Switzerland, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other recognised safeguards, unless the destination has an adequacy decision.

11) EU/UK Consumers — Digital Content & Withdrawal

Where you purchase immediate access to digital learning content or subscriptions, you may consent to performance beginning before the 14-day withdrawal period ends and acknowledge you may lose the right of withdrawal once digital delivery or access begins, as permitted by applicable law. If we fail to provide access you paid for, you remain entitled to a remedy (including a refund where applicable).

Our website and platform may link to third-party sites (including authentication and partner services). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.
